if they are for balance then why not put it on all media outlets instead of just one section...shouldn't it be for talk radio, newspapers, cable news, network news, web blogs, etc...i know many liberals hate the fact talk radio can't survive in the market place...but they are just flat out wanting to discriminate...but claim to be for fairness...

Right, like you neocons have NEVER done that!

You are doing the same thing right here on Yahoo! Yet, you neocons bitchandmoan when the same thing is done to you!

You neocons need to stop being whiny, bitchy little crybabies! No wonder you freaks love Bush so much; you have the same spoiled-brat toddler-like behavior! Grow up!

MY guess would be that you will award "Best Answer" ONLY to someone who holds the same narrow-minded view as you! TYPICAL of you glad-handing neocons!

The liberal want to muzzle talk radio because its the only outlet they have no control over. On Air America there was no fairness, in fact their commentators openly indorsed killing the President to solve the nation's problems. Something I have never heard anyone on the so called "right wing" talk radio suggest.

What I want to know is if they are going to try and balance talk radio are they going to balance anything else?

Hollywood
Nearly all other sources of news
Cable TV
Talk Shows

The list can go on and on.....

By the way, didn't they already try this with Air America and it flat out didn't work?

Liberals just don't listen to talk radio. They just hate talk radio like Fox News because now there is someone who isn't just agreeing with everything they have to say.

They need the fairness doctrine because otherwise, they would not be able to operate a sucessful talk radio outlet. This is evidenced by the fact that there is not one out there today. Their arguments get beat down by common sense on every level.

Who listens to radio anyway? Talk radio is for the elderly and people who cant remember what yesterdays' talking points were. Apparently you cons are like the Borg; obsessed with having someone blab the same old regurgitated garbage in your ear day after day. Why? You can't make up your mind on your own and you need someone to do it for you? To tell you what to think? No thanks. Libs are capable of independent thought and don't need to be "attached to the collective".
