lol yeah that's an understatement.
80% of the games they play against one another are on ESPN. I mean I get it it's a big rivalry and all that but come on, most of us just don't care. Stop trying to force that crap down our throats.
No disrespect to Yanks or Sawx fans either. Well, maybe a little to Yankees fans, you guys are the least prudent spenders of money I've ever seen in my life. Brian Cashman is inconceivably bad at his job, almost as bad as Matt Millen ... almost.
I like the Red Sox though, see you guys in Detroit for the ALCS.

No, they have a ratings bias. The Yankees and Red Sox are the two most popular and interesting teams in the game. Whether people love them or hate them theirs ears perk up when they are mentioned. As such ESPN focuses more on those two than any of the others.

The Yankees and Red Sox are the two most popular MLB teams. They have to do it for ratings. Also it's the greatest sports rivalry known to man-kind.

Why will we whinge? through fact it truly is annoying. and that i do no longer care approximately those communities. I care extra approximately my team and my branch so it makes it extra stable to discover suggestions whilst it truly is all with regards to the Yankees and purple Sox. Yep you're acceptable, they're a much bigger industry team ect. ect. And no it truly isn't any longer a marvel. yet once you apart from would integrate all the followers of each MLB team besides the purple Sox and Yankees, what do you be conscious of, you have extra followers. they could concentration on the certainly pastime of baseball then specific communities. all of us is prepared on baseball, yet no longer all of us is prepared on the purple Sox and Yankees.

Somewhat, but it's really more of a large-market bias. They tend to show more Chicago and L.A. highlights too. The Cubs or Mets, even when they're losing, get far more air time than, say, the Pirates or Devil Rays or Blue Jays.

Yes. Especially Tim McCarver during the post season.
He's terribly bias.

Yes, you can also add Barry Bonds and the Dallas Cowboys to their bias.

I think they do. It seems like those are the only teams they talk about and they put more coverage on them than any other team...
