I heard this stuff (Muscles food )which is over the counter can hurt or I mean the production ability for men or this is just an old sham?!

I think it is an old sham. Vitamins and protein are good for you and a teenage boy certainly needs plenty of them especially if he is very active. Anabolic steroids are what is dangerous and cause problems, but they are certainly NOT found in over-the-counter products. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Some amino acids, like L-arginine will actually increase sperm count. A lack of good nutrition of vitamins and protein/amino acids can actually slow down sexual maturity.

You should be more worried about excessive protein intake hurting your kidneys first. Low sperm count is reversible to a certain extent but once your kidneys are damaged it's dialysis three times every week. It's really expensive and troublesome, not to mention painful since you are hooked to the machine through a needle in your fore arm thrice a week.

vitamins and all that can harm things like your liver and kidneys and even heart, none of the over the counter stuff is safe as far as im concerned, really i wouldnt use it, hurting your genitals, i suppose its possible though ive not heard of that.

proteins and amines are very similar and YES they hurt your sperm production. vitamins DONT do that of course. try to elimminate the amount you take or simply dont take them! women dont like men with too many muscles!
