I'm pretty sure it was just a regular guy with old person make up on. He probably got a better job doing something that made him more money than dancing on Six Flags commercials.

Mr. Six was Queer Eye for the Straight Girl’s Danny Teeson. He was axed when Six Flags new owner, Washington Redskins owner Dan Snyder felt the wildly-successful character skewed too young. He wasn't an old guy, that was all make-up.
