I'm so sad to read a lot of comment that judge women who loves more than 1 man negatively. My mother have 2 husband and 3 kids and all of us live in the same house, my bio dad is the second. They've been poly since collage, married the first after graduation and the second a year later. and it's been 20 years now. She's the nicest mom and wife I've ever know. Never talk dirty or harsh words, never dress un polite out off the house or infront of the kids, never flirting other men. She can manage all the house member and duties well.
Our home always fill with warmness, smile, love, tolerant and respect. we care about each other. She said this kind of love is not just about needs, do on purpose or something to copy, but it's just came out and nothing can't stop, it need a deep commitment, love, care and understanding. She said if I try to copy her, she believe It'll wont work. Just let the live to flow. She's my idol. If only all the poly family like ours wouldn't be sweet?

I'm impressed, when it comes to poligamy all I hear about is all these men having multiple wives. And they can work it out because each wife lives in a different house. I've always wondered about women who have more than one husband especially if she has children, she can't possibly stay in one house this week and the other house next week. Well, I personally am against poligamy, men or women, because I believe there will always be someone who'll get hurt, wether it's the first spouse or even the children involved, but if all your family member is truly happy about it, who are we to judge, right?

If someone wants two husbands, why bother getting married in the first place? There is a reason why it is against the law and morally its just plain wrong, almost as wrong as marrying your sibling and having kids together. Things are illegal for a reason. Anyone willing to share their spouse is brainwashed. If my husband mentioned bringing another woman in here his butt would be out of here so fast....with my boot imprint on it, by the way. So degrading.
Who am I kidding...I've often thought about it....I'd marry a handyman, because my husband isn't that handy and the house needs some work. ;) That is a joke.

i agree with mom of twins..sounds like u are brain washed by this illegal invironment. It does sound like a cult and it is NOT normal. Im glad that u feel happy..but u dont know any different and thats what is so sad. And it would be awful if all families where to live this way..its just not normal..i apologize for saying that, but i do feel sorry for u and other children in that house.

Sounds like they have done a great job brainwashing you into their cult. This is not normal and against the law. Good try but you wont convince too many people that it is ok. Acutally I feel sorry for you because you are the victim here and are too blind to see it because they have made you believe that this is acceptable.

If your family is happy, then there is nothing wrong with it. It seems to me that the people who are quick to judge those that are different are the ones who have the biggest problems. They are just trying to hide their own flaws by pointing out others. Doesn't the Bible tell us not to judge?

I think people criticize what they are not used to, and this is why people have a problem. Then again there are countries where men have multiple women so I do not think that it is wrong. If everybody in the family is happy with this its probably a good thing :-)

I guess if it works and everybody is happy it is okay. The circumstances must be just right or there would be friction and unhappyness.
