Law, Public Service, Politics, and just about anything else. Most places require a degree but don't really care where your degree is from. These days, a bachelor's degree will get you NOWHERE. Go and get at least a masters.

Depends on where you live. Quite a few graduates are slinging coffee alongside Philosophy majors at the Starbucks in my area.
