I drank a few bottles of Cal-Ion water a few days ago, which was supposed to be cleansing, but I got sick with a BP of 150/100 last night at the doctors. Was that the reason?

4mg of sodium per 100ml of water in a 600ml bottle.

Does that water contain sodium? If it does, that could be the reason.

depends whats in it. it probably doesn't say because it's "holistic" and that poop doesn't have to follow any rules like telling you what it's made of. They usually just say crap like "all natural " or " cleansing" and people just buy it. like you.
