The first 30 minutes we spent at home with our first child. We were tired, scared, excited, so very proud and oh so together in body and soul- a link I will never forget.
or
30 minutes of the time we spent in the airport waiting to take off on our honeymoon- the flight was delayed several hours and we were so anxious to be on our way- but laughed our butts off at how angry people got over something that couldn't be changed.
or
Sunday mornings, rain, sharing the newspaper and fresh coffee and maybe each other(wink) just our skin and our haven from the world in our room.
Many good memories...... I just wish they were enough to get us over the hump of misery we encountered and could not get clear of.

If I could relive a moment with my boyfriend it would be the amazing night we had on the rooftop sun room kissing and talking until the sun came up.

When we brought our newborn baby home from the hospital and laid her in the crib in the nursery we'd jointly prepared for her. His eyes teary, he looked lovingly at her and said, "The missing piece." Then we embraced and the warmth of our love for each other and for her encircled us like a protective blanket. It was beautiful.
