First make sure that your site is well optimized and coded.
Try this free service to see just how well your site is meta tagged and keyworded:

Next publish articles in places like ezinearticles and isnare.
If you have something important to share try a press release (prweb).
Join and participate in good forums such as Warrior.
Try and get links from PR4 sites or better with similar content.
In all of the above suggestions, always include your URL in your signature.
Continue to develop your site with new and fresh content and submit a site map to Google.

By link building we collect a large number of backlinks ... you can collect related site ..and see theirs backlink..
