They are going to continue to say that he did. Even though the evidence is either inconclusive, or goes against the idea that he did it.

1. 14 hours before the bodies were found, someone posted on wickapida (sp) that Nancy was dead. According to fox news, the IP address that the post was linked to was located in the same city as the WWE HQ, but not to any of their computers.

2. They are pushing the Roids theory, however it has been confirmed that Friday, the day of the first murder, Chris visited his Dr, and his test results showed that his testarone level was low. Even it was Roids, Chris would of beat Nancy to death, not tie her down first.

3. Gaps in the time line. Nancy was killed Friday night, several hours later Daniel was killed. Several hours after that Chris died. What happened between the time Chris was at the Dr. office to the point of Nancy's death is unknown. What happened between the time of Nancy's death and Daniels is Unknown. The only think known between the time of Daniels, and Chris death is that someone was texting from both Nancy's and Chris's cell phone the address of the house.

4. According to reports the Gym was full of empty liquor bottles. It would of been hard for Chris to hang himself in the manner they claim, almost imposable if he was drunk.

5. There is also the connection between Sherries death, exactly one week before, and the benoit murders. Sherri was in a close, but not known how close Of a relationship with Kevin, Nancy ex-husband. So far the cause of her death is Unknown, and not natural.

6. It has been rumored that Nancy was seeing someone else. If so, it would explain why there was no sign of forced entry.

7. It is known that Kevin has made death threat to Chris in the past. Chris did take his wife, and cost him his job with WCW.

8. According to Rev. Johnny Lee Clary, a former wrestler known a Johnny angel. Kevin is a high ranking member of the Satanic Church.

This case is no where near as cut and try as they are making it out to be. It is the media going ageist pro-wrestling. The police not wanting to deal with such a high profile case, So they are going to take it at face value and leave it at that, instead of doing their jobs.

I know several retired cops, and they have all admitted that the more media coverage on a case, the less work is done on the case.

For those of you who keep refering to the divorce. Yes, she did file for divorce from him, and even a restraining order. She choose not to go through with the divorce, and also has the restaining order lifted not even a month later.

Big Boi

Either you really feel as if you know Chris based on a staged sport(?), you are really young, or maybe you have "issues". HELL Yeah he did it. He did it, and, the McMahon's of the world and others close to him know damn well he did. Here's a police 101 note for you and the rest of you non-believers , listen closely to the language used by McMahon on the USA telecast if you Tivo'd/ recorded it. When unsolved crimes are committed the language used usually conveys what is not directly stated. Conversely when someone does something stupid or cowardly, ie, suicide or vehicular homicide, the language used to describe it also gives it away. McMahon stated that the show was supposed to be about the STORYLINE involving his (scripted) demise, yada-yada-yada, instead Chris Benoit and his wife and son are dead. Can you be any more calous Vince? The reason why he stated it that way is because he already knew that the guy killed his family and himself. Under the normal course of investigations and crime reports you always here, THE company," ", in this case WWE is assisting the authorities in bringing the perps to justice, or cooperating with Atlanta police yada yada yada. Trust me, Vince knew and those close to Benoit knew. I agree the whole wiki thing is stupid, but, c'mon folks lets be real here. There are many soldiers risking their lives everyday in foreign lands, we dont want to accept that many die due to friendly fire. Young stupid girls refuse to believe that Paris Hilton has ever done anything wrong. Adam PacMan Jones' posse thinks that PacMan Jones is a great guy who has never hurt anyone who didn't deserve it. I tell you all what-----Lets just pretend for a minute that Benoit didn't do it....did the mystery killer also feed his son growth hormone, and/or, steroids too. Let me guess, he (the killer) would visit periodically probaly while Chris was on tour, and give the kid drugs. WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! p.s. No signs of forced entry, no fingerprints, no footprints, no tiremarks....hmmmmmmmm, no gunshots, no missing monies, jewelry, credit cards, etc, Pretty opened and closed folks.

I don't believe it. Why would he kill himself and his family. I think that Chris Benoit is being framed by someone. I mean Chris Benoit had everything going for him. He was on of the top wrestlers in WWE and he was a nice person with a great life. Why would he kill his wife, then son, and then hang himself. It's just crazy. I will never believe it until I see what really happened. Chris Benoit was to nice, how could he kill. Everyone on Monday night Raw thought he was one of the nicest people on earth. So, I don't believe it yet.

Prayers go out to your family and your remaining 2 children

He had his first child with Nancy Daus-Sullivan together on February 25, 2000, a son named Daniel Christopher Benoit. Benoit has a son, David, and a daughter, Megan from his ex-wife.

Chris Jericho pronounced it the terrific... Chris Benoit sounded way too very resembling a robotic on each occasion he talked. rather did no longer recover from ok with the followers and replaced into only extra uninteresting than something.

I do think Chris didn't committed such horrible act too. There are no "real" motivation I can find in this case, except the theory given by investigator which people also caught along with that: Roid Rage. Remember a theory is just a theory, there always a chance for things to get wrong when comparing to theory. Keep this in mind: there are many peoples HATED wrestling, and will try to destroy it, especially media

well isnt America known for this saying, "Innocent until proven guilty" ? well is sure as hell doesnt look like this is going on. People are just saying he murdered his family becuz the media said so. The media just reported on what the police said about it. The police said it was a double-murder suicide in less then a day. This isnt CSI folks, you cant solve a case in 1 hour now. Get real. Police need to actually investigate the case before they jump to conclusions. I guess the police got hungry and needed a donut so they just blamed it on Benoit. Stupid Police.

Benoit is "innocent until proven guilty" in my eyes.

1. From what everyone said, he loved his son so much, that he would fly home from work for just a few hours just to see him. So why did he kill his son yet he loved him so much.
2. Why would he give up all the money?
3. Why would he leave 2 kids behind?
4. Why would he ruin his career?
5. Who posted that Nancy was dead 14 hours before the bodies were found on wikipedia?

Now, isnt that just werid? Perhaps he was framed? Maybe Kevin Sullivan was involved? From what i knew he was always pissed that Nancy left him for Chris.

I personally dont know what to say that if he did or didnt do it. Just to confusing.

as much as hate to say this but l believe benoits killed his family l do not know why he did but he did l think he could not handle his wife nagging on him that he had to help out more with his son who had down syndrome and he strangled his wife than the next day he decided to kill his son than hang himself so he would not have to pay the consequences also so he did not have to explain his story l am a big fan of Chris but he was a coward for doing what he did l hope that some way he can be proven inoccent

His wife filed for divorce so he was very distraught about losing his family. People do strange this when under high levels of duress. Others have taken lives based on the notion if they can't have it no one else can. If he was drunk enough and driven by psychosomatic anxiety then it is most likely true that he did actually kill. There are too many unanswered questions at this point to exactly establish the event as it actually occurred. Either way it is another sad entry into the annals of human history.
