If an individual is a hybrid, it is the result of a cross between two individuals with different traits. Thus, their offspring would be heterozygous for this trait. If one allele is shown in the phenotype and the other is not, that allele is said to be dominant.

an allele that is hybrid means that the two traits are different. for example "if uppercase B is brown eyes, and lowercase b is blue eyes, a hybrid allele would be = Bb" the answer would be "B-dominant allele" because even if you only have one uppercase or dominant gene in the allele it will overthrow the lowercase or recessive gene.
