Eastfork Nursery has them on-line for
1 gal = $35; 2 gal = $65

The common name for this cultivar is 'Golden Full Moon Maple' an older cultivar in the same genus as the Autumn Moon Maple [Acer shirasawanum Autumn Moon]

Wayside Gardens ships trade gallon (3qt) potted ones for $79.95 each plus shipping and handling:

The other thing you might do to prevent being ripped off is to check on the net for pricing before you go out and visit your local nurseries. This way you'll have an idea of what costs may be and if you're able to get a deal locally rather than paying the shipping and handling. Also, if you're able to purchase locally, the nursery should back up the sale for at least a year ... so if it doesn't grow, the nursery would replace it.
