Serious? You're just making fun of him aren't you? Does he know this is what you are after? If he hangs from his feet.. that will make it point straight towards his navel ... you can then turn the camera upside down.... or he could use gaffa tape.. . that particular method worked for me.. you should get him to try.... but it isn't a permanent solution, understand.

its kinda genetic and kinda the shorts he wears the way it hangs is the way it hangs u realy cant change it its normal for any direction
