Hit up this website its excellent!

Tampons are placed inside the vagina using the finger or an applicator. ( I recommend a plastic applicator for u)

U can stand with 1 leg up on the toilet seat or sitting with knees apart.

The tampon must be inserted so that ONLY the string hangs out.

Tampons should be changed at the MAXIMUM every 8 hours because of the risk of TOXIC SHOCK SYNDROME.

I also recommend that u change after swimming.

no, tampons do not go anywhere near your butt crack. Look inside the box, there is likely to be an instruction sheet.

Good luck.

you should look at the brochure in your box of tampons. It will have directions and an illustration of just where it goes or ask your mom. otherwise you may be a little embarrassed tomorrow at the pool sweetie.

NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

do not stick ur tampon there!!!
i do not use them but i know thats NOT where they go!

i believe they go in the middle hole, and u should ask ur mom about it bcuz the first time i put in a tampon, i put it in wrong and it HURT! i really dont like tampons, so i just swim without them if my periods light. maybe u can try that...it seems gross, but it works...

they go in your vagina..take the tampon out of the wraper and put it down there and look down, when you see the blood you know that thats the hole you put it into.. you get it?? :]]

yeah i never told my mom about those kinds of things either so i kinda had to teach myself..

by the way you know you did it right when you cant feel anything because you cant feel them.. just in case you were wondering.

Haha, No they don't they go into your "Front part". But if you only got your period a few months ago or not to long ago you probably shouldn't use it. Wait 2 years after you get your period would be the best thing to do.

Tampons go into your vagina, not your anus or urethra. Women have three holes "down there." I suggest you look at this diagram and "explore" yourself to become more familiar with your body:

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tampons go in your vagina. That is the opening in front of your rectum/anus/

Use the smallest you can find and if you are a virgin you may not be able to use them comfortably.

Good luck!
