I'm not sure I clearly understand your question. But the way it sounds is you may be having tension headaches that really hurt in the back of your head, and it feels like pressure is building. This is caused by carrying tension in your shoulders and neck, thereby muscles are pulling and creates the headache. You need to relax your shoulders and roll them as much as you can through out the day. Also rub your neck, and really make yourself relax, deep breathe, etc. A hand massager can really help loosen the muscles up also. It's hard to remember to keep relaxing cause you've probably carried stress this way most your life. So you have to now practice relaxing and loosening your neck and shoulders, for a long time and then it ill become second nature to you. This will eliminate those miserable headaches. I hope this helps, best of luck to you!
