I need Chinese , Hindi fonts (TTF files). Where can i download these free and also without help of windows CD?

Word get it's fonts from the shared "Fonts" folder located in the Windows folder. So go to the site that the lady suggested, or, just type fonts into Google. Download all that you want. They'll probably be zipped so just un zip them and then paste them into the fonts folder. The path is: My Computer/"C"/Windows/Fonts
