chuckie411 has an excellent point but ways to improve would be to minimize travel using fossil fuels, when using hairspray or other aerosol sprays and use pump sprays instead (every little bit helps) put refrigerator on a lower setting and keep it organized so you do not have to keep the door open and spend a lot of time looking for things. same with the freezer only you may want to keep that one at least at freezing point lol, try and minimize use of air conditioners even though the newer air conditioners use a different kind of freon now that is better for the environment.

you know the weird swirly shaped light bulbs they have now? they also work, they are less watts and throw off the same if not better light as the 60-75 watt bulbs. they last longer as well. they cost more than a normal bulb, but brings down the electric bill down significantly. I live in a full house and seen the difference when we switched over to these energy efficient lights.

also try and switch to solar power. they have a lot of things now that are solar powered.

Actually, the ozone layer is in much better shape than it was ten years ago. The major destroyer of ozone, chlorofluorocarbons, have been banned throughout the developed world, and the layer had had a chance to start rebuilding.

The ozone hole is mainly over Antarctica. Actually that's under Antarctica, if you're looking a globe with the North Pole on top. So maybe, if we make a big enough plug, we can prevent the Earth from falling thru it.

kill off all the humans and then eventually the world would find it's balance again. Until then it will be a slow and painfull death for the human race and lots of animals, but don't worry the Earth will survive!
