Seriously, anything. It hurts way worse if anything goes inside
me, and we don't even have intercourse. I don't know why it hurts
so bad. Like the pain goes all the way from the bottom of my stomach up into my throat, and sometimes it lasts for like 6 hrs.
Please help.

1] go see a gynecologist. You could have an infection, or endometriosis.
2] there isn't a lost tampon in there, I hope
3] maybe you are getting aroused without any 'satisfaction'?
Blood congests the pelvis, and doesn't release as it would with orgasm. Try that after [ masturbate if necessary ] and see if it helps.

Could be a symptom of endometriosis. Schedule a visit with your OB/GYN.
