Are there any other laws that I could violate, and you would back me up for violating them?

More aggressive enforcement of tracking down perpetrators of identity theft ( whether these are illegals or not but the vast majority of stolen identities are being used by illegals )
More aggressive investigation and enforcement of businesses hiring illegals.
Require all tax payer paid for programs have to have an identity check for all recipitents.
I dont expect that the USA will or can deport them all, they didnt come here all at once, and the process to get rid of illegals will have to happen gradually.
During that time the border needs to be secured and a more expedient method of checking and processing immigrant applicants as well as work visas needs to be implemented.
There are many who would im sure work legally and then when done would go home if the process didnt take forever.
We just need to keep on track that despite a bad process you have to obey the rules while the rules are made better.

here's what seems to work in our area it all happened by accident but now the sheriff's do it on purpose, a few months ago there was a robbery in town and a high speed chase across our bridge with about 5 police cars in pursuit or a guy anyway all of a sudden all these cars pull over 6 in all and all these mexican guys start to get out and run all over the bridge and justin general away from the cops so more cops were called and they towed away all the cars and arrested all the men who ran along with their families deported , they knew where they lived due to the registration of the vehicles , well now what they do is a few cops will pull up to a construction site and (i know i should not laugh but it's funny) watch who runs away and than they catch them and arrest them on suspicion of illegal charges some have warrants and past criminal history etc if they can't get anything they'll charge them with trespassing there was an article about it yesterday on yahoo news i do not remember if it was us news or odd news but if you want to read about the cohos on the bridge you can look on-line at the panama city news herald and as savoy as you are you'll find it

BUILD THE FENCE
Change the 14th amendment( As it currently stands someone cam come on vacation pregnant and her child will obtain citizenship. It was used for slaves who were brought here unwillingly but that is over now.
Then give them 6 months to report to a federal office,
Then give them a temporary visa for 6 months to a year.
During this time they should apply for citizenship, Having a thou rough background check on them.
Fine all business that hire illegal aliens the amount of their yearly gross sales.
Those that do not report will be charge for a felony and deported without an option to return to the US.
All Immigrants are and should be welcome in the US, but only if they are naturalized legally. Jumping a fence in the dark of night and the human and drug trafficking that take place on the southern boarder is the primary thing first everything else can follow when we have them here and no more are coming in illegally.

Exactly!! Now that the only chance for reform has been soundly defeated by the do-nothing Republicans.....those 12-20 million people can relax and go on with their lives. Immigration reform is dead in the water.
THere is absolutely nothing now that can be done about those "12-20 million" people. It is impossible to find them, impossible to round them all up and impossible to import that many people.
So, the status quo has returned. They get to stay, more will come in and a few years from now there will be 20-25 million.
They are still here, and they will remain here now, thanks to the defeat of the bill.

Simple cost effective solution...
Carrot and the stick.
Offer US citizenship and/or work visas to illegals as they leave the country. Hold them for one year before beginning to process them. They will be forgiven any document fraud or misdemeanor.
Enforce the law with employers of illegals.
Forever deny citizenship to any illegal caught after a certain date (Jan 1 08 or something)
Set up a tent-farm prison in AZ for the hardcore illegals who do not cooperate and has priors. Keep them for 90 days hard labor and deport them. If caught again, 2 years hard labor and deportation.
Stop the anchor-baby law.
Many will self-deport.

Personally, I think we go after the companies and employers who hire them and fine them heavily. Use that money to pay for the law enforcement officers it's going to take to deport these people back to their countries.
We have to show strength or we will be over run.
I don't understand why it's ok to pick and choose what laws we can uphold and what laws we ignore. There is a reason they are called "illegal aliens". Stay firm to the law and do what is necessary to remove them immediately!

First we need to get our government to enforce the laws and get more border security. Once they actually done SOMETHING maybe we can convince them to come up with something decent that doesn't cheat the tax payers. I think they should allow people who have been here for 10 years and up on visas the chance to apply for citizenship in the United States, as they already have their roots here and if they haven't broken any laws have earned it.

Maybe it's time for the american ppl to wake up. You do realize we could "Restore the Republic" right now ourselves without physical conflict at this time. They are good people to learn from as far as conservative living. Only a suggestion however. There's your cost effectiveness Chi Guy. They can teach us something we seem to have lost.
