I would say 1) Confidence 2) Etiquette and 3) Self-Reliance.

1) respect for others. - there are wayyy to many kids out there that think 'theyre the ****,' so to speak, and everyone else doesnt matter. you will especially notice this when you hear some kids talking to elders e.g. their teachers. they think they know everything, but really, they need to bit a more humble and respectful of other people.

2)self-confidence/perseverance - to help establish within themselves that yes, they are capable of great things too. if you dont believe in yourself...who will?

3)being open-minded and accepting. be a learner and hear other people out rather than shut yourself up among your own ideals and pre-conceived notions of the way the world works. opening their minds is the first step to attaining knowledge which in turn help make for a more well-rounded person.

those are my top 3
:)

I don't think I can disagree with your choices. However, my initial thoughts were:

1) Integrity

2) Confidence

3) Moral Values

Integrity comes first, because it applies in all situations, but a person can be over confident or stick so closely to their morales that they become "too nice" and can be manipulated. Still, I think all three are integral to raising a balanced and healthy human being.

I think you have it bagged. I might start out with your 3-pack, but later replace Confidence with Civic Participation. Being of service to the community.
