Always remember a suspended game is resumed from the point of suspension and all substitution rules still apply. If a player is on the DL or has been traded he may be replaced by any legal substitute.

Well most of the time if its not an official game they will just start the whole game over. Like the Indians and Mariners at the begining of the season. Paul Byrd had a no hitter through 4 and 2/3 innings and he was 1 strike away from an official game and they called the game due to snow and they had to start the whole game over. So if they dont play the next day i think they just start the game over. Unless its tied then i dont know what they do.

If one of the baserunners is not on the team at the time of resumption (because he's on the D.L., been traded, or other reason), the manager would be required to replace him with a pinch-runner. Any player who had not yet played in the game would be allowed to pinch-run.
