Portland. How did they get all those picks? Aside from Oden, there first round picks were questionable, and McRoberts is over rated, the first 3 out of 4 didn't look so good. However, their late 2nd round picks were unbelievable! Byars, Nichols, and Taurean Green! I thought all 3 of those guys could have been first rounders. Teams like the Jazz and Miami will regret not taking Byars, he is as NBA ready as they come. Green is a proven champ, the kind of guy you want running your team, and Nichols has the makings of an exciting player. Add Roy and Aldredge to the mix and you've got some excitement in Portland.

Portland got the best of the draft and Seattle didn't leave cryin' either. Both teams did great in the draft, especially when Seattle suckered Boston into taking Ray Allen.

1st Place - Portland (After Oden, they managed to grab 4 quality guys in the second round. Love the fact that they got steal in Josh McRoberts in the second along with Taurean Green and Demetris Nichols with the last pick)

Greg Oden
Josh McRoberts (second round)
Derrick Byars (second round)
Taurean Green (second round)
Demetris Nichols (second round)

2nd Place - Seattle (How can you beat 2 picks in the top 5? Getting Glen "Baby" Davis in the second round was just adding cherry on top of the whip cream and even though, they sent him to Boston but it still doesn't discount their draft accomplishments.)

Kevin Durant
Jeff Green
Glen Davis (second round)

3rd Place - Atlanta (The Hawks got 2 very NBA-ready players to contribute. These 2 are arguably the most battle-tested rookies playing for the same team.)

Al Hornford
Acie Law

I was going to nominate Charlotte for 3rd place after they took Jared Dudley with the 22th pick, but then they traded their # 8 pick, Brandon Wright to Golden State.

Repeating everyone, but Portland.

Oden
Fernandez
Getting rid of an attitude problem/building obstacle in Randolph
McRoberts
Byars

The last two were complete steals. Byars 42nd overall? That's ridiculous. In a good way. They could use a veteran, but Randolph wasn't one that would help the other guys mature.

Edit: Jesus. They added Taureen Green too.

Portland hands down.
Ok... Oden, that wasn't too bad, but they couldn't have screwed that one up, and they got the biggest sleeper in the draft in McRoberts, who should have been a lottery pick, but went 2nd round instead.
