It's most often called 'foot-in-mouth syndrome' but if you are wanting a more 'scientific' or 'psychological' answer, speaking without thinking is a form of impulsivity. Impulsivity is a side effect of Attention-Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) ... sometimes people still call it ADD.

What do you think of a prognosis might accomplish? Sounds to me such as you're doing somewhat all authentic the style you're. i think of you in all probability have Asperger syndrome the way I do - greater a character quirk than a incapacity. that's a incapacity basically simply by fact it differs from the norm. that would not make it disabling. So notwithstanding for some Asperger syndrome would nicely be somewhat disabling for many this is not. It would not seem to be for you. i think of it may well be a waste of time and funds. (NHS might basically hide it if there grow to be some foundation for a suspicion of it.)

You're probably thinking about Tourette's. Its a neurological disorder characterized in mild form, by involutary tics and movements and, in advanced cases, by large involuntary bodily movements; noises like barks and whistles and in many instances, an uncontrollable urge to utter obscenities.
