ok what if you think he didnt kill his family please tell me why. I tried to come up with some reasons and here they are...

1. In a text message sent by Chris Benoit on June 24th at 3:53 a.m. he says, “The dogs are in the enclosed pool area.” However, it was reported when Fayetteville Police arrived to the house, the dogs were loose. Who let the dogs lose from the enclosed pool area?

2.On wikipedia.org somebody from Stamford, Connecticut (where WWE Headquarters is located) posted on Chris Benoit’s page, mentioning the reason of why Benoit missed the live event of that evening was “stemming from the death of his wife Nancy.” This post was made several hours before the bodies of Chris, Nancy, and son Daniel were found by the police. Obviously Chris could not have updated this, because he was not in Connecticut, so who was it that knew?

hold on i'll add the rest in a second....

When autopsies were completed and the Fayetteville Police had the press conference about the suspected murder-suicide, they stated that Benoit had smothered his son (possibly with a pillow.) However, most news stations are now reporting that he killed his son using a choke-hold. First of all, I thought this was a joke at first. A CHOKEHOLD? How do they go from smothering him, to a chokehold. Just because he is a wrestler? I found this hard to believe.

Chris called into the WWE saying that his son, Daniel, and his wife, Nancy, were sick and throwing up blood. He also told a co-worker that he was good friends with (according to WWE.com.) Why would Chris Benoit lie about this to a good friend and the WWE? Wouldn’t he have told these people the truth about what he had done, if he did kill his wife and son (especially the one he was good friends with.) And if he did tell them, why didn’t they go to the police sooner?

wait theres more....

When Eddie Guerrero died, he was supposed to become the WWE Champion the next day. Eddie Guerrero also died when he was in Houston, Texas. His death was blamed on the use of drugs, causing a heart attack. When Chris Benoit died, he was supposed to become the ECW Champion the next day. Chris Benoit also died when he was supposed to be going to Houston, Texas for a WWE Pay-Per-View. His death was blamed on the use of Steroids(drugs), causing him to get “roid-rage.” Both Eddie and Chris left WCW in 1999 together. They were also good friends, and both part of “the radicals.” Is this just all a big coincidence? If so, that is a HUGE coincidence.

Everybody close to Chris has said that he loved and worshiped his son more than anything. Why would Chris kill his son? It doesn’t make sense. There is no motive. The Fayetteville Police also made the murder-suicide theory very, very quickly. Why did they automatically assume Chris was the killer?

theres still more...

IF the murders were from “Roid Rage” like most news stations are saying it was, why did Chris place Bibles next to their bodies? Placing the Bibles next to the bodies shows that it was not an act of rage. And if Chris had just “snapped” and went crazy, I doubt he would have placed Bibles next to the bodies.

Couldn’t have Chris came home to find their bodies and decided not to call the police because they would blame him for the murders, so he placed the bibles next to their bodies and killed himself, so he didn’t have to live without them, because he loved them so much. And he texted his friends/co-workers his address so they would find his wife, his son, and his own bodies?

For all you haters - you need to back off until all the information is in.

There are too many errant incidents and facts that are not adding up to a murder-suicide.

The Associated Press is doing their damndest to hang Benoit - even blatantly twisting and changing timelines given by the investigators.

According to the investigators, Benoit was dead by late Saturday or just past midnight Sunday. Not late Sunday as the AP has tried to state.

Now - if what the investigators say is true - then Chris could not be the one that sent any of the text messages - and he was dead almost a day before the Wikipedia thing was posted.

And he couldn't have posted it from Stamford CT which is where the IP is leading to, coincidently - where the WWE is headquartered.

Now - even the WWE's release of text messages is contrary to what the investigators released. According to the investigators, only TWO messages were sent - one to two co-workers stating the wife and son were ill and they were going to the hospital, the other one to the neighbor's phone stating the dogs were in the pool area and side garage door is open.

The WWE states things quite differently and that there were five - however they came from Chris and Nancy's phones.

Here's a really bothersome deal - why did these co-workers - one being a WWE official - wait to show these to the WWE management and officials 27 hours?

Well - imagine if the bodies had been found on Sunday afternoon rather than Monday. The WWE would have been out millions for canceling the PPV.

Something is rotten here - hugely - and someone or someones perpetrated a triple murder and set Benoit up to devastate his career - family, and had tried to get someone in there earlier than what had happened, so that they could damage the WWE as well.

I believe Kevin Sullivan is involved - would not put it past him to hire someone to make it happen with some inside help at WWE. Sullivan never forgave Nancy and Chris.

Be interesting to see the results on the Sherri Martel death - one that can't be dismissed as natural by authorities. I am wondering if she wasn't a trial run in the deal - considering her tie to the Benoits and Sullivan.

Here are the things that bother me. The guard dogs were running loose on the property when the cops got there. How did they get out? Chris told friends that Nancy and son were sick. This has not been proved one way or the other. The police said that daniel was killed with a trash bag, now a choke hold...thats quite a difference. Were the cell phones checked for finger prints to see if somebody else sent the text messages?

Well, you do make some very good points. I for one don't believe Benoit did it. #1 reason, there are too many holes and coincidence surrounding this case. Like Sherri dying a week to the date they found the Benoits' bodies, and a former partner of Benoit died in the last two weeks. All this is way too weird. I think Kevin Sullivan had something to do with these mysterious deaths and he had to have help.

I agree 100 percent with you i think Chris Benoit and his family were murdered all the evidence is pointing that way in my opinon

Someone in the wwe had this done and is paying the officals to keep there mouths shut

I mean come on since when has there been in any other murder investigation there not been a search for suspects outside the home just because perscription drugs were found in the home

Gimme a break and on the eddie gurrerro and chris benoit they both were best of friends and who's the common link Chavo Gurrerro

Come on Chavo Conveintly is the one to find eddie and eddies death is blamed on drugs causing a heart attack

And Chavo Gurrero is in the benoit home and then they are found dead and the same thing there deaths are blamed on drug use

A little 2 coincendental

And Why Automatically Assume it's Chris They are bieng told where to take this investigation

And Chris Benoit was tested for steriod use april 10th of this year and tested negative and steriods were found in his home hmmmmmmmmmmmm

2 and 2 aren't adding up and that's just a beginning of what's wrong with this picture

R. I. P Chris Benoit and family

Hope they find the *** that did this to you and your family

Prayers go out to your 2 remaining Children and your parents

I do not now, nor ever will I believe he did. Again, there are far too many inconsistancies in the stories. I'll list some as well. 1. First, the reports all said that Chris left a suicide note...But as of Wed(27th) the papers now said no suicide note was found. 2. Nancy was apparently bound...I mean come on...Chris was my favorite, and anyone who knows of him...knows he was amazingly strong, and didnt need to tie her up to strangle her..i mean what did she weight..140 lbs max. 3. The whole thing about "Roid Rage"...yeah ok..assume he did snap and do it...when he finally came back down and realized the severity of it..dont you think he would have taken the steroids from the house and threw them out so that this was not an issue. I mean he's been big for like 20 years...and he's never ever had an episode of "Roid Rage". Its not like it just happened. Whatever the case may be...its a shame that Benoit's reputation is slandered to many by this. For all those people who never watched him, or knew him..they say he did it. But for all of us who watched him, and loved him...We know he didn't. RIP Nancy, Daniel, and the man himself.....CHRIS BENOIT, THE CANADIAN CRIPPLER. RIP man.

It is fairly obvious that he was abusing steroids, since his doctor prescribed a 10 months supply of steroids to him every 3-4 WEEKS, from May 2006-May 2007 and he was on a list of users the DEA had obtained in an investigation. Even though the toxicology reports haven't come back, it's looking more and more like he went into a rage and killed his wife and son and then killed himself from guilt.

I've read about a lot of the things you've mentioned here and you also have added some amazing coincidences and I agree. There definitely is a conspiracy going on. The clues don't add up to a murder suicide. I also think it's wrong that they were so quick to say Benoit just did it, when they didn't even question anyone else! Benoit very well might not have done it. You have some amazing points, and now i'm very positive he might not have done it. And all you people who are just dead on sure he did, stop listening to the media and open up your minds! Do you even know all the information!?

Even if everything else that is being said about this tragedy is true, there is one point that bothers me.

Chris is alleged to have hung himself with the pulley cord from his weight machine. This would not have been the quick "lights out" type of death. It would have been a comparatively slow, agony.

If someone is looking to kill themselves, just how often do they decide to do it in a manner that ensures that they will linger and suffer? If one were to hang themselves, they would do it in such a way as to make it quick. If they tried it some other way, the only way that would normally linger would be a handful of sleeping pills. A gun would be instant.

I believe the media is goinfg crazy with this whole situation before all the facts are reveiled I honestly do not beleive benoit did it why would he bind his wifes hands when he could just strangle her with his hands why place bibles next to their bodies and most importantly the postingt on wiki about his wifes death i think the real murderer is still out there and benoit just couldnt live without his family so he killed himself
