if you are underage you cannot get married w o your parents permission anyways, so, i am just guessing that if they would refuse to emancipate you that they would also refuse to let you marry

No emancipation is when your child wants to no longer be in your custody and be deemed a legal adult. However your parents still have to give up their right because child or not they are still legally responsible for you until the emancipation process is approved.

Also The statute requires that the petition be "filed by the minor's natural or legal guardian or, if there is none, by a guardian ad item.
That Means:
(You Parents Have To File You Can't File Yourself That's The Rule In Floida)

Also you can get married in florida at 16 with the courts approval you dont need parental consent if you have a child or are pregnant with a child, but I wouldnt suggest that and the judge probably wouldn't grant it unless you could show a steady income for the last 1 Year . A place to live such as a Rental Agreement or Property Ownership. Etc... Petition to Marry form from courts and in my state the fee is $124.00 . Even if the judge does not grant a marriage no refund.

No you are still underage and you wouldn’t be able to marry your boyfriend unless you had parental consent. If you are under age you have to show a judge that you can financially support yourself and also show proof that you are living in an unstable environment. Also, if you thinking of getting married just to get away from your parents then you probably shouldn’t; that is definitely not a reason to get married. Get married because you are in deep love and want to spend the rest of your life with that man. Not because you hate your parents, financial support or even because he is the baby of your father. Good luck.

As far as I know having a child does not emancipate you, but the age of adulthood verys from state to state.

Don't push things, it ain't easy to marry someone if your parents have his butt thrown in jail for statutory rape.

BTW, the answer to your question is NO!

No. Still have to go to the justice system and a judge.

No ~ a court needs to do that. Just having a kid doesn't make you a grown up. Sorry.

Nope. You're just two under aged kids.

no, you are still a minor, unless the law states you are an adult on legal paper.
