Somebody asked a question about spirituality, but mentioned the idea wasn't in the Bible. I answered:

"Not everything in the Bible is true, not everything that is true is in the Bible. Take that as you will."

Which I find very religion-neutral, and kind of common sense. But I got three thumbs-down, no thumbs up.

So... who here thinks everything in the bible is true, and everything that's true is in the bible?

I was going there quite a bit. It's like a car wreck. You get stuck watching and can't pull yourself away. It is a major downer over there. But To answer your question everything that is true is not in the Bible. And everything in the Bible is open to interruption. You can read a passage several times and it's meaning can change depending on what you are asking of it.

These crazy people just love to critique and criticize everyone else's beliefs and can never handle the truth about their beliefs. I agree with what you said and also gave you a thumbs up.

Dude, R&S sucks big time. You can't go there and get a thumbs up. Stay away from that place. They are all weido's. Thats why I left and came here, its fun.

I went to that catagory once, there's alot of people that go around thumbs-downing any answer that doesn't agree with their beliefs. (For some reason, most are Christian) Just ignore them, it works.

Don't let the R&S freaks get to you. One time I asked this question: "Three Jehovah's Witnesses came to my house. One told me that he could tell God was in my heart. How much rent should I charge Him?" That one didn't go over too well. Buk was right! We should have attacked R&S for their oil.
