He is my step-son and he's 18 years old now. I know he has been peeking in my bedroom late at nite when I am laying in bed asleep and also noticed several times that he will peek into the bath when I am taking a warm bath or a shower. He always massturbates when doing this, and on more than one occasion while we are watching television, I have noticed him looking out of the corner of his eyes at me, and its obvious that he has an erection under his shorts. I dont know how I should approach him about this.

I don't know if you should approach him. It is going to be very awkward. In many different cultures there is nothing wrong with this. It is very obvious that he is attracted to you. There really is no harm in that. It is not like he is touching you and masturbating.
Our culture is so out of date it is not funny. The sexual drive of a teenager is pure animistic instinct. What I would do, is when you were in the bath and you know he is watching. You could just say "His name- I see you staring at me". Let him know that you are aware of what he is doing. See if that will work. Then if that just makes it more exciting for him. You have broken the ice already.Then you can tell him later that you saw him looking at you in the bath tub and you don't care for that.
You really have to be careful with this one. It is very touchy and can blow up in your face very easily. If you have broken the ice before than it is easier to address. Also when you are sleeping and he is doing his thing, when you wake up, you can ask him what he is doing. Same thing.
I mean he is 18, you could also be proactive and help him find a girlfriend. Then he would be busy with her, and the focus would not be on you. Those are pretty much your options. I wish you luck!
