I dont i either tivo it or just wait until at least 10 or 15 minutes have gone by to fastforward through the commercials.

So if I understand you right, you wait for 10 minutes into the show to start watching it on your DVR, then you rewind it back 10 minutes, begin watching from the beginning, and fast forward through all the commercials? I do not know how you could rewind 10-15 minutes because I find when you start watching a DVR program, it will not rewind back from the point of entry. I must be confused. Care to explain?

I do like to record on the DVR and play back later.

I don't tivo, it's all live. But I watch so many DVDs that I really could do without cable.

yes, i only watch live tv. i never use a vcr or dvd r , and i dont know what a tivo is. i'm 21.
