Get rid of nearly every congressman, and 33 senators (as many as are up for re-election) in 2008.
We need to clean house in Washington. Being in congress for 40+ years is too long. These people are out of touch.

A good nation should stay at home and secure its self from aggressors without the need to go globe trotting and kicking over cans of worms.
A good nation should also not tax its residents to death and then spend the money it take on stupid things like the Olympics!
A good nation should work towards making all it care for happy and content.
A good nation should have nothing to do with battery farming.

The definition of "good nation" depends on a person's religion or ideals so there could never be agreement on what constitutes a good nation.

Throw out the present congressional members as well as all the senators when their time comes for reelection. Make the major parties come up with new faces for President instead of the past losers and do nothing senators like Clinton. Both the republicans and democrats need to turn over the leadership to clean candidates that are not pledged to special interest groups.

After all if we as a nation , had wanted to be invaded , we whould have let Hitler do it , Our nation fought then , but now we just role over

A priority must be to actually have a Nation to be proud of. I am referring, of course, to Britain being handed over to the EU.

Give England its own Parliament. And then go for full Independence. After which, we in England can start to sort out the problems and inequalities created for us by our Scottish leaders.
