Actually, I've seen both ways. This was back in the 60's. I thought the bullet decals had went away a long time ago.

actually on some cars they look good,i seen a few cars with them on them,and for a minute they looked real,but you see more and more of them on the older cars,its a phase people are going through right now next year it will be something different,i guess everyone is trying to fit in,good luck hope this helps.

I think they're "asking" for someone to shoot their car...

because its supposed to be cool, some of them want to look like gangsters and having their cars look as though theyve been shot up does that. and its a fad.
