A centimeter is 1/100 of a meter. A kilogram is one thousand grams. A milliiliterthe? Maybe you meant Milliliter?
If so it is 1/1000 of a liter.
They are all the same because they are all metric measurements. They are different because centimeter measures length, kilogram measures weight, and milliliter measures volume. Also their metric prefixes are different.
OH yeah, next time maybe you should do your own work?

Centimeters, kilograms and milliliters are all metric units of measure. They are part of a world wide system that came into use about 200 years ago. It began in France. It is far superior than the imperial system for a number of reasons but most importantly because all units are related to other units by powers of ten.
If you use a meter for example, it measures linear distance: 1 meter = 100 centimetres = 1000 millimeters. A meter might be the length of a baseball bat or the depth of a public pool at the shallow end.
For measuring weight (or mass) 1 kilogram = 1000 grams, or if you work it the other way, 1000 kilograms = 1 tonne. Six or 7 bottles of beer might weight 1 kilogram.
For liters one would likely be measuring liquid. One liter = 1000 milliliters. A milliliter, in other words, would hardly wet your lips. A liter, on the other hand, would be a nice large drink. Recognizing the prefixes of a metric unit of measure is useful: milli means 1/1000; centi means 1/100 and deca means 1/10. Work it the other way: kilo means 1000X. If you drank a litre of that beer you would probably consume 2 1/2 bottles or the regular size
A common error that many people make is trying to convert measurements from one system to another. While it is not impossible to convert it is not a good idea if you want precision because it is not usually accurate. Once someone learns the metric system it makes so much sense. I hope my description didn't confuse you.

What is a centimeter?
What is a kilogram?
What is a milliliter?
I think you'll notice that if you answer those questions, all of the answers will use some of the same words such as "unit," or "measurement." That should help you describe what they have in common.
When you are trying to decide how they are different, think about WHAT those units actually measure.
Good luck.

The metric system goes in a line like this
kilo hecto deca unit deci centi milli
So each goes in it's value
kilo -- 1,000 hecto -- 100 deca -- 10 unit --1 deci -- 1/10
centi 1/100 milli-- 1/1000
the unit is the meter, gram, liter and so forth
Meter, gram, and liter are measurements for different things like liquid and distance. Kind of like cup and yard. A cup is used for food where a yard is used to measure distance.

They are related because they are all SI units of measurement.
A centimeter measures length, a kilogram measures weight, and a mililiter measures liquid volume.

there are not the same because the first two a centimeter, and a kilogram are units of mesurements. the third "milliliterthe" is not a word. try looking it up as you spelled it. there is no listing it.

They would be the same in that they are units in the METRIC SYSTEM,and/or units of measurements.
CENTIMETER (cm)=.01 m or .39 inches (measures length)
KILOGRAM (kg) = 1,000 g or 2.2 pounds (measures weight)
MILLILITER (ml) = .001 l or .27 fluid drams (measures liquid)
l = liters ; g=gram; m=meter

They are alike because they are all a form of metric measurements.
They are different because each one is a different type of metric measurement for instance:
centimeter - is a distance measure
Kilogram is a weight measure
Millilitre is a liquid measure

Same:
They are the same because they are all SI (standard units) of measure.
Different:
They are different because they measure different properties:
centimeter - measures length
kilogram - measures mass
milliliter - measures volume
