haha, the USA thought they would dominate the match in the beginning with a penalty kick but soon after 3 mins Hernan Crespo was able equalize, scoring again in the 2nd half, Tevez and AIMAR scored the other 2 goals!! it was an amazing match and very nice...i'm sure Argentina had at least 70% ball possession with all that moving around...i'm not here to make problems i just like Argentina and i'm happy for their win

Yes, that match was great.
But actually the USA are not a very powerful team, Argentina just did what they had to do...

The USA was competitive for the first 60 minutes, and then they fell apart after that terrific Messi to Crespo goal. As we'll seen so many times with the US team, they depend on long passes and counterattacks to score. When the opponent takes the lead, it's extremely difficult for the US to catch up because they create so few opportunities against defensive formations. It would also help if they have better set plays off dead balls. Their free kicks and corner kicks did not look very threatening.
Argentina showed their excellent short passing skills to produce several excellent opportunities. Until the USA team can develop a semblance of a good passing game (A or B team), I doubt they can improve much more.
Hopefully the influx of foreign players like Beckham and Blanco will help develop MLS players to play more beautifully... Right now, MLS leans toward the Premier League style of play but I'm hoping they can develop some diversity, such as playing like the Latin American teams.

Does anybody have a link that shows the goals in the game? i saw the first 2 goals, the penalty and Crespo's goal, but then the website started to muk up so i was only able to see the first half....i was watching it online since they are not showing the Copa America here :(

yes good game i liked Messi a lot and Crespo too,Aimar's goal was a avery good one ,but USA was without its stars so just wait 4 Paraguay this will be the real challenge 4 Argentina iam looking forward to this game it is going to be a very exciting one

What a humiliation for US. Then that player that came out for them... Beckerman really scared the cr@p out of me!!! Wew! I've always loved Crespo's way of playing as well as how Tevez plays! Aimar was excellent! It should've been 4-0!

Dude, I think in all 90 minutes, US had the ball for maybe at the most 10 minutes. I'm still amazed at Aimar's goal....
Yes people, Argentina played terribly, that's why they scored 4 goals and had complete control of the match, oh yeah and like a 95% passing. I think you Brazil fans are still pis*ed.

argentina didnt play all that well but they were superior to the u.s. for me they are definetly going to win it. aimar is one hell of a player. he is the only reason why im rooting for argentina.

Stop making sh*t up. Not many of us thought we would *dominate* Argentina's A team with our B team. Some of us were optimistic that we could pull a win but would not be too disappointed if we lost. Again, none of our top players played in this game.
That said, congratulation to Argentina for the win.
