His name is Brad. He broke up with me about a week ago over AIM. His reasons were that he didn't want a girlfriend when he went to camp. I have this thing in my AIM buddy profile...a link to a website. The website is a prank. It asks you to type in your name and then your top 2 crushes. Then it says "click here to see which one you will marry." When you click it, though, it says "OOPS! YOU HAVE BEEN FOOLED.EVERYTHING YOU HAVE JUST FILLED IN HAS BEEN SENT TO JAMIE." Then it is emailed to me. And Brad fell for it [[my ex]] and it turns out...he still likes me. And I still like him (secretly). Should I ask him out? Should I wait for him to ask me out again? Or should I be done with him forever and just stay friends? Thanks in advance!!

If he likes you let him be the first to make a move toward reconciling your relationship. He was stupid enough to break it off he should be the one to come back to you. If he doesn't then I suggest to be done with him forever. Besides, you sound that it is possible that you are still in Jr. High/High School - and I don't mean to sound, "oh you're too young, blah, blah, blah," but at the same time, have fun and enjoy your youth and don't get so caught up in relationships with boys. It will change so incredibly much as you get older...you have no idea. Hope this helps - Good Luck and enjoy.

well if he wanted to brake up because he went to camp that means he probably wanted to be available for another girl....hmmm..not the things that lead up to a good boyfriend. Feelings don't turn off and on, you can't choose who you fall for, it just happens. But i'd say try just being friends...and see what happens.

Wait...

If he was that iffy to leave you in the first place, who's to say he won't again?

Just give it some time, if it still seems possible after awhile, the go for it if the feelings are still there.

Seize the day and ask him, it's better to try and possibly get rejected rather to always wonder what if......

i think it sounds kinda middle schoolish. i wouldnt give him the time of day. how chickenshit is it for him to break up with you over the internet. leave it the way it is now.

Ok, why would you want to get back with him if he broke up with you online?
