its his or her money , as far you are concern now keep a distance. if she/he is your best friend he /she will come to you cause with money he/she will have friends but no friend will be the true friend . when you are away the person will know that with out money you were with him/her and now you are not WHY? cause of the money . tell him / her that you don't want any thing but his or her friendship. cause that is priceless thing what no money can buy ask him / her can he/she buy that ?

I'd leave what to buy up to her...it's her money. I don't tell people what to buy me for b'day or xmas...I'd rather her choose it and feel good about it. She knows what I like, what I want, and what I need.☺
