I have heard that hotdogs and peperoni are not safe. What about ham? Or if any one can give me a web site that list all the foods safe during pregnancy.
PS: Thank you to all who answere my first question. The baby is fine ( Yesterday I got my first pic with her or him) and acording to doctor calculation I'm now 8 weeks and very excited, but I know I still have long ways to go.

You can eat any kind of deli product. The likelihood of you getting sick b/c of ham/hotdogs etc. is extremely low. Though, you should eat healthier foods that those that are processed during your pregnancy. Otherwise, don't worry so much.

There are warnings about lunch meat in pregnancy because of the threat of listeria. Its not the meat itself, although most is salty, and not really that healthy.

You can still eat lunch meat, just have to heat it first to kill any possible listeria. You could also let it cool then and eat it.

Listeria - when gotten - can be very very bad.

Any deli meat is safe. The key is too "heat it too steaming" first. that kills any bacteria. Congratulations on your new baby.

Anything that is pre-prepared is bad, like salads and stuff. Anything that has been sitting there for a while. Things like pate and soft cheeses like brie are bad too.
