True - unfortunately physical appearance does play a role in success, promotions, career advancement. This is sad because in many professions physical attributes have absolutely nothing to do with the quality of work produced.
There are a few jobs, however, where your appearance is the selling point. Examples include modeling, the fashion industry, receptionists, sales, etc.

Napoleon Bonaparte who changed the course of history was 5feet 2 inches.tall. Albert Einstein was 5 feet 6 inches tall. I don't think that a taller person is more successful that a shorter person and vice versa.

False. It doesn't matter if you're tall or short, thick or thin. It's just a matter of what you make yourself out to be. Don't like doing tasks? That surely won't make you successful? Don't really care about anything or anyone? Same answer.
