I have two separte knobs for my kitchen faucet and the one with the warm water stopped working. It keeps dripping and it won't shut off so I turned off the main warm water valve below. Also the cold side makes a loud vibrating noise when I turn it on full, it works fine though. So do I need a new faucet or is there a way to fix this? By the way, this one is only about 8 months old.

You could fix it or replace it, depends on what brand and quality faucet you have.

If it is really that new, check to see if there is any gaurantee that might still be valid. The loud vibrations sometimes are caused when the screw that holds the washer comes loose allowing the washer to oscilate from the water passing around it. A lot of fawcets don't use regular washers now, so it could be another cause; sometimes, if the fawcet stem is loose, it will vibrate if you are pushing downwards on it just right with water running. I hope this is some help.

It appears like the water tension is forcing water through all the nice and cozy water pipes and a seal on your kitchen faucet isn't in a position to give up it from forcing this is way through. i might wager you ought to change the kitchen faucet, yet i in my opinion have no thought.
