Please tell me if you have witnessed the same media phenomenon that I have seen over the past few days...

Why is it that today, when the immigration bill was struck down, the Yahoo! headline was, "US Senate kills Bush Immigration Bill" and after the Senate voted to keep it alive on Tuesday the headline was, "The Senate's revived legislation to legalize millions of unlawful immigrants faces a critical test Thursday after surviving potentially fatal challenges."

So when it seems feasable, credit goes toward our Democratically controlled Senate, but when it has proved to be a failure, Bush's name is exclusively tagged to it?

Media bias?

As we know, this immigration bill was supported by both Republicans and Democrats with key supporters including President Bush and Senator Kennedy.

There is a clear decided leftist bias in the media, don't take my word for it, read the university studies linked below, the proof is irrefutable.

That said, now you have to ask yourself why. Why would these companies that want to make a profit lie to us, knowing full well that we will turn on them. Well perhaps it is because they do not think we will turn on them. They have done a pretty good job in the last twenty years in destroying AMericas morals. In fact there is a direct correlation between the amount of time you spend in front of a TV and your level of personal responsibility. Please read the study linked below, and please for your sake turn off your TV.

Media is not one person, different people write up these articles, and usually a editorial company can't take sides for obvious reasons(they lose half customers). So they allow different people to edit and write their articles which you read. Each person shows their own opinion so say when the first headline came out, someone who disliked the bill probably wrote the article. Note that always the media exposes what will gain them the most attention and therefore profit. America has been and always will be a business nation, we live on it so where there is money there is information.

Medias bias is not new to this news... Its all over the planet...
The meeting of Bush, Calderon and Canadian PM this August about the North American Union has been blacked out in the US and in my province of Canada, only onw media in halifax got it on his radar... During the cold war, we were all shock the USSR propaganda to control its population, now we are not better off. This bias is not only related to partisan view, its all over the political landscape.

Absolutely media bias. The media is pathetic. Almost as pathetic as our new congress.
