Lowe's floors are made of polished concrete... That is, when they put it down they use a special machine that buffs it to a mirror finish. For maintenance they put down a material made for the purpose which is basically ground up nut shells. The shells attract dust for sweeping and leave a light oil finish. For your shop it will be more practical to use a commerically available garage floor finish... sold at, you guessed it, Lowe's!

Normally on concrete floors when new, so that dust and spills do not penetrate the surface and to make them to clean up easy they use a mineral base sealer called krilliseal and then a coat or two of a krilliclear finish coat that brings out the sheen.

Are you sure you want a shop floor like that? Pretty dangerous when there is water or oil on it.
