That really comes down to what the temptation is. As an example, I find it very hard/difficult when I have the temptation to go riding on my Harley.

it's hard to resist because as humans, we give in to our desires. its human nature to be selfish and a lot of the times even when we know something we do will have bad consequences, we do it anyway. I enjoy my guilty pleasures anyway and I just can't resist.
