He was not drafted, but was signed right after the draft by the Chicago Bears.
He will be facing stiff competition in Chicago with Rex Grossman, Brian Griese, J.T. O'Sullivan, and Kyle Orton. But I think he's a better player than any of them.
I'm a South Carolina Gamecocks fan so I've seen Chris Leak a lot throughout college. He's not very impressive in workouts and such, but on the playing field, he can get it done. He works much better out of the shotgun.
Urban Meyer killed Chris Leak's stock by making him play in that spread option offense.

No. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Bears. They like worthless ex-Florida QB's(see Rex Grossman). They only signed Leak because he is so bad he'll make Grossman look good in comparison.

No he did not get drafted but he signed with the Bears because his precedor ( sp) Rex Grossman was there and he's a Rex Grossman fan
