He does have some physical characteristics of FAS!
"FAS is the severe end of a spectrum of effects that can occur when a woman drinks during pregnancy. Fetal death is the most extreme outcome. FAS is a disorder characterized by abnormal facial features and growth and central nervous system (CNS) problems. If a pregnant woman drinks alcohol but her child does not have all of the symptoms of FAS, it is possible that her child has another FASD, such as alcohol-related neurodevelopmental disorder (ARND). Children with ARND do not have full FAS but might demonstrate learning and behavioral problems caused by prenatal exposure to alcohol. Examples of these problems are difficulties with mathematical skills, difficulties with memory or attention, poor school performance, and poor impulse control and/or judgment."
Bush exhibits a lot of symptoms, but also of wet brain, caused by his almost 40 years of drinking and doing cocaine! He was arrested and convicted of possession in Texas but daddy got him community service. He is currently drinking!

Let me praise the President. I think he's been very courageous in fighting for an immigration that will bring some order to a situation that is in our country. I think the President is doing what is right, what he believes is right, and it's a tough fight against his own party. The -- the principles that we have in our -- on the House side, in terms of the Democrats, are that we will secure our borders, we will have workplace enforcement, we will protect our workers, we'll unify families, and we'll have a path to legalization. Some of those features are present in the Senate bill. What's going to happen this week? The Senate will vote as to whether -- for cloture, as to whether they can end filibuster and go to debate on the bill. i'm sorry, yet your pal is misinformed. Fetal Alcohol syndrome can only happen whilst a mom who's sporting a toddler consumes a bigger that commonplace quantity of alcohol for the period of the time the toddler is in progression. there is not any way the syndrome could be handed on from the daddy.
