They're not bad names...I think I would choose Carlos instead of Carlo, so the names would be Carlos Santino. If you're wanting to use Carlo as a first name, I think I would choose a different middle name, something that doesn't end in in "o" so that there is more variety in the sound of the name, if that makes sense.

Sorry, but it sounds like a tropical place for vacation or a resort. If you like Santino don't use Carlo with it.

My cousins name is Santino Luca, its more of a European name.

I do like the name Santino, we have a Santiago and Santino in my family. Since Santiago is older he gets the nickname Santi and Santino got the nickname of Tino so neither of them get confused.

I am an Indian numerologist and phonotecian......
SANTINO CARLO A
this is surely one of the most beautiful names i've ever heard...
provided the person is not born in NOV,DEC, this name is not a problem....
the user will be of soft nature and intelligent though he/she may not be able to prove it to fullest extent....
But dont use the SPANISH pronounciation....use the U.S, pronounciation.........

I don't like first and middle names that have the same ending sound together. Maybe try changing one of them to a similar name with a different ending sound?

I like the first name but not the middle name at least not together

The fact that they both end with the pronunciation "o" is kind of a mouthful, but it's a nice name none the less. Whatever you like.
