Why did the Cavaliers not chose anyone from the 2007 NBA Draft? I think something is seriously wrong with that.

because they traded away most of their picks

Because of how well they finished in the regular season, their draft position was so late in the first round that they felt trading the pick was better than drafting someone they didn't need. They probably failed to make a deal with another team to move up in the draft. To do so would mean trading a key starter.

That just means that they are looking to trade for another piece in the puzzle. Probably someone with experience who can help Lebron win RIGHT NOW!!! Not a draft pick with potential but unproven.
