I am 43 and I most definitely am not declining. Folks think I am my 21 year old son's girlfriend.
It's all in how you think. Our bodies are like cars and as they age they require maintenance, or for sure the will start shutting down slowly.
You need to work on the outside, by exercising and keep your heart healthy, walking, jogging or some other cardio type excessive.
I think you might start to decline at around 80 nowadays... people in general are living longer, more health conscious... my gramma is 97! That's a blessing.
Best wishes! Just work on it.

OH GAWD yes. Plantar Faciitis, knee popping in and out of joint, making it very difficult to get a GOOD cardio workout, bloating even worse than I did as a teenager,.even when Aunt Flow isn't visiting, GREY HAIR EVERYWHERE!!!(I shave my bikini area, but I am almost SURE I would have some white noodles in there! I HAD ONE ON MY FIRKIN CHIN!!!!), ummm, feeling the need for naps, and not being able to take them...
I am really dreading when I move from regular specs to bi-focals. That will be "getting old" for me...

If you don't take care of yourself, you never exercise, eat bad, drink, smoke etc.. then yea your body is going to "deteriate" faster then usual. My mother is 55 and she hasn't, she looks and feels great. Genetics also play a role.
