how can you tell when somebodys career is taking the crapper and nobody wants to listen anymore to the has been? when a band / group reunion happens

Where one person may find it stupid another may find it so exciting and can hardly wait. Think back to when the Spice Girls first came out. They represented so much goodness in life. Every single girl looked up to the Spice Girls and wanted to be just like them. They represented so much for girls. They said to girls that they can do anything they want and be proud that they are girls. They were so unique in their own little way and their catchy names made it even more exciting. Their clothes were so cool and everything about them represented their personalities. So yes I can see where someone would be so delighted to hear and see the Spice Girls together again. A flash from the past can always be a great thing. Think of someone you would die for to see again and then you will understand.

My personal opinion-yes, it's stupid. It's obvious they need money and attention. They should call it the "Spice Girls coming together in order to make money and get attention" show, not an actual "Reunion"

There will be many more like the Spice Girls, but few so popular that will actually do a reunion tour and will actually make money doing so.

I used to really like one of them. If they're going to do a reunion, I'll plan on missing it. So yes, it's a very stupid idea.

The audience will be interesting... how many 20 something women are going to drag their now husband to see a bunch of women who used to be a girl band?? Too funny. I'd get a ticket just to watch the crowd.
