They MAY hurt less around 12-14 weeks when the HCG in your body starts to decline when the baby relies on the placenta. However, around 12-14 weeks your breast will start to develop colostrum or first milk in preparation for the regular breast milk. You will feed your baby this colostrum the first few days should breast feed..after that your regular milk will feed your baby for as long as you will breast feed. a lot of people experience pain and breast tenderness during this time so unfortunately you may not experience much relief. Everybody is different though and it is possible your condition may improve.

Mine hurt (really hurt) off and on throughout the first trimester. Somedays more than others. Some days not at all. Also, I was very worried through the first trimester because I didn't have morning sickness or really any other symptom to reassure me that the baby was okay. Now, I know that I was just being paranoid. Easier said than done, I know, but try not to worry. Keep in mind throughout your pregnancy that your body will let you know if something is wrong.

Sore breasts are mostly a first trimester thing, so you might feel this until 12 weeks or longer. Sorry....I know that's not what you wanted to hear, esp. since you're in so much pain.
Maybe the pain will ease a little, or you will get kind of used to it and learn to cope better.
It hurts most at the beginning because of the surge in hormones while the fetus is growing so quickly.

With my first pregnancy, my breasts hurt the whole time. Try some warm compresses and a dose of tylenol for the pain. It was the only way mine would stop hurting for a little while.

They won't stop hurting for a long time. Even if you do get some relief, once the baby comes, expect more discomfort.

I'm sorry to say, but they will hurt throughout your whole pregnancy. It will take time for you to get used to it. If you decide to breast feed, it's worse. Everything will be okay! YOU CAN MAKE IT, MAMA! Congratulations!

Try some new bras. I got some relief when I got a better fitting bra. I'm having # 6 after nine years of no babies. I forgot how quickly your bra size can change.
