Looking for lust might be some of the problem. If you meet someone shopping they might be a shopaholic and the women at the bar could be an alcoholic. They probably look better at target because they're sober.

It could be that the really hot women don't have to go to bars. But they do have to go to Target. Just get a buzz on, and go to Target.

Girls don't frequent bars...well they do but not as many as go shopping...if you think target is good try a mall...haha...of course at the mall it's a little more difficult to approach them...you can't use can I buy you a drink...good luck
