Buying your own abortion pills is dangerous and illegal. If you really want to do something like that then you need to go to planned Parenthood where you would at least be attended to by a doctor and be monitored to make sure you don't accidentally kill yourself.

Where are you at in Texas? If you are near a major metropolitan area (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, El Paso, etc), you will have no trouble finding a doctor or clinic that can prescribe them to you. Your best bet is to get in touch with the Planned Parenthood in your area and if they do not provide that service, they will refer you to someone who does.

Also, how far along are you in the pregnancy? Mifeprex and Mifepristone (otherwise known as the abortion pills) are only prescribed for those people who discover the pregnancy very early, typically prior to 8 weeks gestation.

The pills range in price dependening on your location but are typically between $375 and $400. If you need help with financing them, there are some non-profit organizations that can help you in certain situations. You can search www.nnaf.org for some area specific funds.

And, if you still have any questions about the decision or about the methods of abortion, there are two very good workbooks available online: http://www.pregnancyoptions.info/pregnant.htm and http://www.pregnancyoptions.info/whichmethod.htm.

If you have any other questions or need anything else, just let me know.

Also, there will be a lot of people on here who will not respond very positively or who will give you the information you've requested. Just a head's up on what you'll read by way of responses on here.
Best of luck!
Peace,
Jenn

you can now legally get the morning after pill in all pharmacies over the counter. You just have to go ask the pharmacist. I am not sure about if there is an age limit or not. It has to be taken with 72 hours of unprotected sex. I hope you really need this once.

Use a vegetable bean dip like hummus instead of ranch dressing or possibly a fatty cream-based dip.

Do your trips to market with a list and an occasion limit; that way, you're less likely to stray into the highly processed foods section.

RU-486 is only available by prescription, and some states (if I remember correctly) outlaw them. Contact your local Planned Parenthood to find out how to obtain them.

Now if you actually mean Plan-B (the 'Morning After' pill), that's available OTC for anyone over 18.

Decaf coffee is a wonderful low-calorie fluid when you're having cravings (and a terrific source of antioxidants).

Don't confuse hunger with hunger. Drink a glass of water if you feel hungry to see if that is what you're really craving.
