Both... When I am high, I am way up in the clouds and sh*t... and when I am low... well, you know how that goes. I have the worst mood swings ever. People never know what to expect with me, which I like 'cause it keep 'em on their toes!

Honestly speaking, LIFE has more lows than highs. It's why you need to savor the good times for the times that aren't so great.
Day-to-day life can be pretty boring, it's helpful to have memories as well as something to look forward to.

When you have to deal with people you ALWAYS have more lows than highs. There is so much drama and so many problems and everyone needs someone to talk to. I usually keep to myself but I can't really avoid my children and their problems can sink a body as low as it can go.

Well I'm pretty much in the middle, because everytime there is a high, the next day something will change, but you know what, life is ever changing, and I can take the good with the bad. I like challenges.......

Depends on what stage in my life I was at, in my youth lots of highs, in my emotional teens lots of self made lows as a young twenty something lots of highs....and as a mid twenty something a mixture of both.....life is sweet!
